Swim Meet Swimmer RSVP (Required)
ATTENDANCE DECLARATION FOR MEETS-ACTION REQUIRED!
If you do not declare your swimmer, they will not be entered into the meet.
PARENTS YOU WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT AN ATTENDANCE DECLARATION FOR ALL MEETS THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
Click Swim Meets & Events tab > click on Calendar in the top menu > click on green rectangle "Meet Entry Open" next to a swim meet date > Edit > Choose "Attending" or "Not attending" (per child) > Save.
Repeat these instructions for ALL 7 MEETS!!
Swim Meet Volunteer Sign-Up (Required)
When they say "It takes a village..." they must have been talking about swim meets! Fun and full of friendly competition, a successful swim meet means the required help of parent volunteers. You can read about the different volunteer positions below. Sign ups for volunteer positions are located under Swim Meets & Events tab. Find the meet in which you are volunteering. Click the green "Job Signup" box next to the meet you wish to sign up for and fill in the required information. Job sign ups are a first come first serve basis, so please sign up once you know you will be attending the meet.
